Crossing over 2010 debt free

The year is almost over and I just feel blessed to be able to welcome the new year debt free. This is actually the first in years. As I have shared in posts in my primary blog MarriageandBeyond.com, there were some medical expenses from years past that we had to still pay for even after years that we incurred them.

We have these online writing jobs to thank for that helped supplement our household finances. With the rising cost of everything consumable, we still have to do our part by going back to basics. We do have a lot of things to save for, especially after the flood that was caused by the typhoon Ondoy and of course there are wants that we just have to let go of. Like to get a Samsung to replace the unit that is used for our mobile land phone. The ten year old phone seriously needs replacing but we’re holding if off until we are able to take care of other priorities. The first of which is to get the car fixed. After the flood, we thought it was doing okay, until we figured it wasn’t some weeks ago, when it started having hiccups during our travels.

We’re amazed at how the Lord sustain our family in 2009 and we continue to give him back the glory for every single blessing we receive everyday. It really is true that His grace is sufficient.
