Disappointed over EZNet-Hosting.com

MarriageandBeyond.com is currently hosted by EZNet-Hosting.com. For some reason I cannot access my site since I woke up. MarriageandBeyond.com, which I nicknamed MAB is my primary site. Imagine my horror when I got the prompt:

This domain name has been reserved for future use

The thing is, MAB is not due to expire until November of this year.  So why on earth will this prompt on me. I have been highly recommending EZNet-Hosting.com to friends and got at least three of them to avail of their services. The first month I was with them was a breeze, every issue got replied almost in an instant. But since a couple of weeks back when I was contacting them for the slow loading and inaccessibility of my page, I did not hear from them. I did not mind emailing back for follow up because my site was back up again anyway.

My former host provider, who also happened to be a good friend of mine (NeilMaranan.com) is assisting me as I access my site’s FTP. I’m currently downloading my site’s content. It is taking awhile. I really pray that my site was not hacked or worse its server. One of my husband’s sites, AutoRepairPrinciples.com, also happens to be hosted with the same EZNet-Hosting.com

After having sent a support ticket twice and thrice to their sales contact email and the support direct email, even the direct email of Dale of EZ-Hosting.com. I have not heard anything about my issue. I ain’t bashing them just about yet. I want to hear what they have to say about this. But really the least they could do is contact me back as I sent them my plea to look into my site. Here’s hoping that I get a word from EZNet-Hosting.com real soon.
