MAB is up but still NO word from EZNet-Hosting

After having contacted their support team, emailed them directly via the sales team and every possible way I could get to them, I still have not got a word on what happened to the website error of MarriageandBeyond.com yesterday. I’m really hoping they won’t keep their clients in the dark during times like these.  They may be going through some issues with their server or something, but I hope at least they would let us know what is happening. This is the least they could do after all the people I referred to get hosted by them.

I am  still hoping to hear from them, maybe after the weekend. :-(

    I also suffered the same with one of my hosting providers before, not once but multiple times. We tried to send a support ticket and made a follow up. Guess what? they only replied after three days! It was such a hassle for us esp we have paid opps on that blog.

    So that gives us a lesson about the experience: Never put all your eggs in one basket. An old saying that still proves true till now.
