God has been providing us with the wisdom, leading and grace to get through all of what we have been enduring this past month. The promises that I keep in my heart are God’s words from the Bible that this too will come to pass. Meanwhile, I will stay still and know that He is God. My God is able to bring justice to us and to the other victims of this money transfer company.

The Lord is turning my head to my family. He has given us the foundation that we need. Even the very house that we live in is a blessing in itself. For us to be homeowners was something I never imagined we will ever be, being but local ministers with very limited love gift for our everyday expenses. But it did happen on our 6th year of marriage! We used to transfer from one house to another. We actually rented a total of 4 apartments during the first years of our marriage. Imagine all the tie down straps that have given way anyway because of our bulky furnishings that had to be transported from one apartment to the other. Each and every furniture will always have a battle mark at every stop.

Counting blessings is a sure fire way of overcoming storms in life. I constantly thank God for His faithfulness in our lives.

My lawyer recently served them a demand letter for them to comply in 5 days. If they don’t, will warrant for the ultimate media exposure of the inside job that has been going on in their company for years. This has been stressing our family out for a month now. My prayer is that God’s hand will be upon us and give us wisdom as we pursue justice against this company without integrity. While people might say that we should just drop it, I am not at peace with the thought that a whole bunch of other people will be victimized if their modus operandi will not be exposed.

We were all too excited to submerge ourselves in the water. We even got one of the pool pumps ready but it looks like we have to find something else to do this summer. But then again, we saw an even bigger Intex inflatable pool at half the price in the mall. Maybe we will just need to secure its hiding place throughout the year.

This actually was a reminder to us, especially because my Uncle’s caregiver smokes. He often times tries to hide the brands of cigars that he has. But we catch him anyway from time to time. Hopefully, my mom gets to have the chance to speak to the caregiver and hopefully educate him about the dangers of smoking.

From the top of my head, I am thinking, how safe is lipo30? Yes, a quicker solution to taking care of these stubborn flabs. But after the meso-lipo side effect I have had last year, I think I will be more careful with these invasive procedures next time around.

Now I am actually deliberating with myself if I should audition for this weight loss challenge. I would have to put my heart and mind into it. But maybe this is the chance that I am given to actually take care of this withstanding weight loss issue I have been battling with for good long while. More than the weight issue, it is actually more of toning that my body needs to do a whole bunch of. Since it is a collaboration with Gold’s Gym, I might just consider giving it a go.

Although when we arrived in the airport, an airport assistant approached my mom to ask if she would like to use a wheelchair. Mama was stunned for a while. She wasn’t able to even tell the man that she still brisk walks in Marikina Sports Park, to this day. It will be a good long while before she would even need free spirit knee walker.

I pray that my parents will live for a while still. And hopefully, if God wills it, we will still be able to travel to a few more places.

Now being a homemaker, this convenient loan application can really be a gem. Aside from being able to register without fees and very low interest rate. It can actually be tapped as source if one runs out of funds. Although I have yet to try it, the one day processing fee can be very attractive for those who are need of emergency funds.

While I am not exactly a fan of loans and debts, you really will never know when you will be in need of say, educational loan. Tough times come when you least expect it. You might as well have access to something like this when the need arises. I’d rather pay for a loan with low interest rate, than the usual ones we have that hike up their rates on a daily basis.

Speaking of debts, Lenddo also offers debt consolidation loans. Which I think might be more of help than the loans most bank offers. As someone who has once worked in a bank, 5% was the least interest rate I’ve heard of. That’s a lot. Of course, if you can have a friend loan you for zero interest, then that will be best. This little guy is doing such a good job in all 8 subjects.  Yesterday, he has completed all 7 PACES for each subject.  Six subjects he scored 100% on his tests. Araling Panlipunan he scored 92%. He still is struggling a little understanding Tagalog. But he sure has gone a long way. Math, he scored 97%. That’s one mistake overall for math.

Jed is still a little careless with his numbers. We encourage him to check and recheck his answers before submitting them to me. Because when I get hold of his test paper, there is no correcting his mistakes anymore.

Today he finished 10 pages for each PACE. He is one diligent kid, I should say. At 6 years old, he has become very responsible in finishing the goals he has set for the day.  :-)

Learning about a different culture is a very interesting thing for our six year old. He loves making friends with them and just learning more about another Asian culture. When we were going around Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh, looking for a musical instrument for souvenir amongst what looked like Peterson Tuners, he spoke with a few locals and made friends. My son is very musically inclined that he loves to learn different instruments. This is also why he has been doing vocal training and just recently basic piano lessons.
