Introducing kefir smoothie to our family
As I have mentioned in a previous post, our family has been drinking kefir smoothie on a daily basis. I am quite thrilled that I did not have a hard time incorporating this to our diet, especially to my son. Up to now, the hubby would still sometimes cringe when I attempt to thicken the kefir concentrate in the smoothie. Anyhow, here are a few snapshots of what I do when I make the kefir smoothie. (I still yet to get a good shot of the grains– too lazy to experiment on shots using my macro filter)

As someone who maintains a couple of health web pages, it is inevitable that I get influenced by the articles that I research and work on. Even as I look into colon cleanse reviews, I am convinced that we should be more responsible of our health and our well being by choosing a better diet that of the more popular fast food regimen.
I’m currently growing my kefir grains and have recently tried fermenting them with the use of carabao’s milk instead of cow’s milk.
