Later today, I am scheduled to do an interview with gifted child expert, Mary Ellen Ryan. Mary Ellen Ryan is the current director for the implementation of the schoolwide enrichment model (SEM). SEM shows teachers how to develop students; talents by assessing their strengths and providing enrichment through resources and services. Mary Ellen Ryan has completed her master’s degree in gifted and talented at the University of Connecticut and is now works as na enrichment specialist at the Hong Kong International School.
